Logins can't be shared across people. One login is for one person, not a whole team taking turns — a shared login breaks the sign-off trail and won't let two technicians work at the same time. Five people need five seats, not one.

Technician seats are non-refundable: a seat permanently unlocks a technician login, so once activated it cannot be handed back — only buy the seats you actually need.
